This website

The site presents the product. It sets no cookies and loads no trackers, analytics, third-party scripts, external fonts or external images. There is no form: the only way to reach us from here is the e-mail link. Nothing you do on these pages is recorded by us.

The site is served by GitHub Pages, a hosting service of GitHub, Inc. As with any web host, GitHub's servers receive the technical data of each request, such as your IP address, and GitHub may keep access logs for security under GitHub's privacy statement. We do not have access to those logs and do not combine them with anything.

When you e-mail us

The "Request a demo" button opens your own e-mail program with a message to contact@hcpexpert.com. We use what you write only to answer you and to arrange a demonstration. We do not sell it or pass it on. If you want the conversation deleted, ask by the same address.

Please do not send information about workers or patients by e-mail.

The free trial and the HCP Expert application

The free trial sign-up runs at trial.hcpexpert.com, a test environment with fictional data only; what you type there (your name, e-mail and company) is used to send you the link and to run the trial, and is covered by the participation terms you accept before creating the account. The application itself runs at a separate address and is not part of this website. Its use by a clinic or employer, including the handling of protected health information under HIPAA, is governed by the agreement with that customer and by the notice shown in the application. Each person accepts the applicable terms on first access.
